My Auntie brought me a DVD from Thailand but it won't play on my DVD player in the UK.. what to do?
When she brought the DVD she asked of it could be played on a DVD player in England and he agreed, but now I have it and it doesn't work.
It doesn't mention the PAL on the case, so is it a definite no that it will not work or do i have to get something special for the DVD?
You could stick it in your computer copy it and convert to pal , then burn to a blank disc , software to do this is free at some sites like the one below

the only other way is to buy a dvd player that plays all formats.
