Bought a Dynex and hooked it to TWC without a DVR, I get HD, but channel lineup's weird (1.13 and so). Why?

I want to know if this is normal when you hook to Time Warner without the DVR, and is there any idea where I can get a channel listing for this?

Those are called QAM channels. They are the digital equivalent of analog basic channels, and your provider is obligated to provide some oft hose channels like that. The channel number reflects the actual location of the cable on the cable system, and channels are located where they are to be technically practical.
Cable boxes map those channels to 3 or 4 digit numbers which make more logical sense

Generally, you cannot get listings for QAM channel numbers, as those are bound to change without notice.
