Bose triport headphones vs. Audio-Technica ATH-ANC7 QuietPoint headphones?

Looking for a quality around-the-ear style headphone with a budget of around $100. So far I have narrowed it down to these two. Which ones better? Other suggestions?

I have not been overly impressed with the Audio-Technica. I have not used a QuietPoint.
